Diving Requirements

All Certified Divers :

• must produce a certification card and/or a log book verifying current certification

• A medical criteria must be met.  - if you suffer from conditions such as asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy or ear problems a medical certificate is required.  You are required to fill in a Pre Dive Medical Form for Prospective Entry Level SCUBA Divers - Australian Standards medical form AS4005.1

Discover Scuba Divers :

• A medical criteria must be met - if you suffer from conditions such as asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy or ear problems you are advised not to partake. (In such cases, a medical certificate is mandatory).

• You may elect to pre-complete the medical statement form for Discover Scuba Divers (PDF Document 29KB) to determine if you also need to provide a Pre Dive Medical Form for Prospective Entry Level SCUBA Divers - Australian Standards medical form AS4005.1 to enable you to participate in Discover Scuba Diving

All Divers

If the above conditions determine you are required to provide a completed Pre Dive Medical Form for Prospective Entry Level SCUBA Divers - Australian Standards medical form AS4005.1

• The medical must be carried out by a doctor trained in diving medicine.

• The medical is only valid for 90 days.

• The medical must be completed before arriving at the island.
