Booking Conditions

Payment Policy:

A deposit of one (1) day's tariff is required at the time of reservation and full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, the total amount must be remitted within forty-eight (48) hours to confirm the booking. 

All credit card payments incur a transaction fee of 1%.  Payment can be made by direct bank deposit, cash or cheque which does not incur a transaction fee.  Effective from the 1st of January 2007.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will not incur a penalty.  Any cancellation made within 30-15 days of arrival will incur the equivalent of the first nights' accommodation plus any scenic flight transfers booked.  Any cancellations 14-0 days of arrival, or on the arrival date, will incur charges equivalent to the full amount of any services after the holiday/vacation has commenced.   

No refund is available for any cancellation or non-utilisation of any services as of the arrival date nor after the holiday/vacation has commenced.
