Hinchinbrook Island

Hinchinbrook Island is Australia’s largest island National Park and is spectacularly punctuated by abrupt headlands, waterfalls, secluded sandy pocket beaches, mangrove-lined estuaries and dense rainforest. You can experience Hinchinbrook in one of two ways:

  • By helicopter joy flight, or;
  • Tour the glorious channel between Hinchinbrook Island and the picturesque Cardwell Coast by boat charter. Highlights of this tour include guided walks along rainforest-clad trails to the famous Zoe and Mulligan waterfalls and saltwater crocodile spotting in the island’s waterways.
