The Nautilus Aviation check-in desk is located within Townsville Airport, next to the baggage carousel. Please bring photo identification (passport or drivers’ licence) with you for a smooth check-in. Please meet at the check-in desk no later than 15 minutes prior to your flight departure time. |
Passengers are restricted to one small bag, to a maximum of 15kg in total; duffle bags are preferred as they are easier to load in the helicopter. Should you have excess luggage, please advise the pilot as it can be stored safely whilst you are on Orpheus. Be aware that in some instances we may ask you to re-pack into a duffle bag if your bag does not fit in the helicopter.
