All-inclusive meals are a celebration of the reef and local produce brought to the table with skill, generosity and international flair. Think sustainably caught seafood, tropical fruits and vegetables – in daily changing menus created by the islands’ talented team of chefs. Breakfast is a quintessential a la carte offering while lunch is served tapas-style featuring different regions from around the globe daily. Dinner at the main lodge is typically a four-course degustation, held in the Main Pavilion, with a view of the sunset.
Our chefs are delighted to accommodate most dietary requirements. To ensure we can source the necessary provisions, we kindly request advance notice.
